　　Low temperature constant temperature bath can be customized according to the technical parameters provided by customers! The standard configuration is internal circulation. If it needs to be recycled, special instructions should be given when purchasing.

Before use, liquid medium shall be added into the tank, and the liquid level of liquid medium shall not be 20mm lower than the workbench.

　　Selection of liquid medium:

　　1. When the working temperature is lower than 8 ℃, alcohol is generally used as the liquid medium. When the working temperature is 8 ~ 70.00 ℃, the liquid medium is generally pure water. During refrigeration, when the temperature in the tank is higher than 40 ℃, the compressor cannot be started, otherwise the compressor system will be burnt out. After the high temperature is used, wait until the temperature in the tank is lower than 40 ℃, and then turn on the refrigeration function key of the compressor to cool to the temperature required for the experiment.

　　2. Plug in the power and turn on the power switch. When the instrument is powered on, the controller is in the display and all outputs are turned off. Click the "power" button to enter the normal working state.

　　3. Temperature setting

In the normal display state, click the "set" key to enter the temperature setting state. The prompt "SP" is displayed in the upper row of the display window, and the temperature setting value is displayed in the lower row. After modifying to the required setting value, click the "set" key again to exit this setting state, and the modified setting value is automatically saved.

　　Note: temperature setting value: hereinafter referred to as sp; Temperature measurement value: hereinafter referred to as PV;

　　1) Mode 1: manual mode. After the power key is turned on, it directly enters the running state, which has nothing to do with "cycle". The "heating" and "cooling" keys are effective, and the corresponding heating and cooling permission indicator light is on or off.

　　2) Mode 2: manual mode, after the power key is turned on, enter the stop state, click the "cycle" key to start and stop the operation, and the LCD screen displays the prompt "run" or "stop" accordingly. In the running state, the "heating" and "cooling" keys are only effective, and the corresponding heating and cooling permission indicator lights are on or off. In the stop state, the "heating" and "cooling" keys are invalid.

　　3) Mode 3: automatic mode. After the power key is turned on, it directly enters the running state. The controller automatically controls the heating and cooling output. The "heating" and "cooling" keys are invalid, and the heating and cooling permission indicator light is automatically on or off.

　　matters needing attention

　　1. Before use, liquid medium must be added into the tank.

　　2. The instrument shall be placed in a ventilated and dry place, and the back and both sides shall be 300mm away from the obstacle.

　　3. After use, put all switches in the off state and unplug the power plug.

　　4. When using low temperature, the cooling liquid will reduce the temperature of the water pump along the water pump. At this time, if the circulating pump is not turned on, water vapor will form inside the water pump motor, causing slight leakage. Therefore, be sure to turn on the circulating pump when using it, and use the heat generated during the operation of the motor to evaporate the generated water vapor, so as to avoid leakage. This phenomenon will not occur when the water pump and the water pump motor are installed separately.
